A Banquet Dinner Party will be held after the first day (March 6).
Participation is free of charge. We look forward to your attendance.
Presentation Preparation
・A PC Preview Room is available on the 4th floor for checking the functionality of your presentation. Please visit at your earliest convenience after arrival.
・Personal laptops cannot be used for presentations. Please bring your presentation data on a USB drive or CD-R. If you bring your own laptop, the data will still be transferred to the venue’s PC.
・Please prepare your presentation using PowerPoint 2021 (Windows 10) or bring your own laptop. If using a Mac, please bring your own laptop.
・Please use standard system fonts pre-installed on the operating system.
・All submitted presentation data will be deleted by the conference secretariat after the academic meeting concludes.
Presentation Guidelines
・One minute before the end of your presentation: 1 bell chime
・At the end of your presentation: 2 bell chimes
・Please adhere strictly to the allotted time.

・Please arrive at the 4th floor at least 15 minutes before your session starts.
・Kindly ensure that sessions proceed on schedule.
