●Can not lecture on your own computer. Take presentation data with USB or CD-R.
※When you have a PC, I move the data to venue's computer.
●Presentation is performed on Windows PowerPoint2016 (Windows10).
※Limited to PowerPoint (pptx)file. Macintosh user moves the data to venue's computer.
●Please use the standard font OS.
●If you use video in presentation, please bring a video file.
※Videos may not play on the venue's computer.
●I will remove the presentation data after finish the conference.
1. About a Presentation reception.
When you arrived, i check the presentation in 4F Speaker Preview.
2. About a presentation time.
Lecture session : lecture time 12 minutes (punctuality) + discussion time 3 minutes
Panel Discussion session : lecture time 12 minutes (punctuality) + discussion time 12 minutes (after finish all the presentation)
The next speaker, please wait in the next speaker seat.
3.Signal of the presentation end
We will ring the bell one time, before 1 min.
We will ring the bell two times, when finish the presentation time.
To the moderator
Come to the 4F, before 30 minutes starting session.
