Participation Fees
Amounts of participation fees differ for every deadline of registration.
And the currency of the fees is Japanese Yen.
* Participation Fees include participation to all scientific sessions, Luncheon seminars, and admission to the scientific and commercial exhibition.
* Regarding the registration of trainee doctors, (exchange) students, nurses, and physiotherapists…
- Trainee doctors are considered to be those who have had clinical
(or residency) training for no more than two years following graduation.
- Please bring the conference participation registration form (with your institution supervisor’s signature) with you, and present it to reception.
- Those who bring their registration form (complete with their institution supervisor’s signature) with them may join the conference for the fee of 1,000 yen. (Please pay on location on the day of the event).

Receipt
After paying your registration fee,you will be goven (1) Name Card (2)a program book.
You must wear your Meeting Name Card at all times while you are attending the Meetting
Attention
Because you cannot accept it, approve the cancellation after the registration reception desk and the repayment.
